Job Description

Do you want to work with one of the most sophisticated multilevel product configurators in the market and do you have the creative mindset to bring our solution to the next level?

Danfoss is looking for a Digital Customer Specialist to support continuous development and maintenance of a new Online Platform containing Variant Configuration and eCommerce Solutions.

Our Business Procedure Specialist team is global, and you will report to the global manager.

Current Digital Customer Specialist is located in Nordborg/Denmark but for the right candidate location can be flexible.

 

We have just launched a new online Multilevel SAP IPC Configurator. You will be part of a dedicated team and act as a global and local specialist for our existing and future solutions.

You will play a key role in strengthening and accelerating our digital customer experience transition.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

  • Be part of strategy development in our digital customer experience journey
  • Understand customer needs & translate user requirements into technical specifications
  • Maintenance of existing Multilevel SAP IPC Configurator
  • Document SVS configurator concepts and processes
  • Train and support configurator stakeholders and users

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • A degree in computer science, data engineering or similar.
  • Ideal candidate has a strong customer focus, is action-oriented and works well in a global environment.
  • Practical experience on SAP LO-VC / SAP IPC but you may also come with a background in product modelling, SVS product knowledge, R&D or Sales.
  • Strong communicator and a team player who can specify business requirements and translate user requirements into a specification for the development team.
  • Users are B2B customers spanning from the largest global OEMs to regional Distribution Partners.
  • Proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a good understanding of complex end-to-end business processes across different functions.
  • You have the ambition to learn and the ability to work independently, efficiently, and persistently.
