That is why we now seek a highly skilled consultant to our group standardization team to facilitate the creation, maintenance, and approval of internal business processes and group policies in cooperation with our segments & group function areas such as sustainability, product compliance, HR, and IT.
The Consultant will be responsible for maintaining the overview of Group processes and policies to identify improvement possibilities, as well as developing new and improving existing best practices for communication and deployment of internal policies.
You will report to our Director of Group Standardization. Your manager and your colleagues work mainly from our Nordborg office, but you will have the freedom to work from our Kolding office or your home office, except for 2-3 days onsite at the office per week.

Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate the creation, maintenance, and approval of business processes and formal group policies in cooperation with group functions.
- Final editing, formatting, proofreading, and structuring of group policies and processes.
- Maintain an overall overview of group processes and policies, including structuring them according to our code of business conduct.
- Identify improvement possibilities in overall structure as well as on a detailed level in cooperation with internal stakeholders and decision makers.
- Develop new and improve existing best practices for communication and deployment of internal policies.
Background & Skills
- Relevant bachelor's or master’s degree.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization, as stakeholders range from specialists to VPs.
- Structured approach, both when working on the big picture as well as when working with the details.
- Facilitation skills and an understanding of project management.
- High English proficiency, both written and spoken.
