Join Danfoss Climate Solutions and play a key role in shaping financial decisions that support innovation, technology development, and long-term business growth. As part of our Segment Finance team, you will partner with senior leaders across functions and provide insights that help drive strategic priorities.
This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with leadership teams across Solutions & Technology, HR, Strategy, ESG, Public Affairs, and Communications. Your financial expertise will help ensure that investments, resources, and initiatives create lasting value for the business.
You will also contribute to advancing financial processes, R&D controlling, and AI-driven analytics, helping Danfoss strengthen decision-making and improve efficiency across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Partner with leaders across Solutions & Technology, HR, Strategy, ESG, Public Affairs, and Communications to provide financial insights that support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and enhance R&D controlling tools, processes, and performance measures to improve transparency and decision-making.
• Lead and promote the use of AI-driven analytics and digital finance solutions to increase efficiency and unlock new insights.
• Deliver financial reporting, benchmarking, and management presentations that support senior leadership and board-level discussions.
• Support forecasting, planning, profitability analysis, and strategic projects that drive performance across the Climate Solutions segment.
What We're Looking For
• Experience within controlling, financial planning, analysis, or finance business partnering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across functions in a global organization.
• Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools, including SAP or similar ERP platforms.
• Professional fluency in English.

The position can be based in Hamburg, Nordborg, or another Danfoss location in Northern Germany or Denmark, with flexible working arrangements depending on location. The role reports to the Senior Director, Segment Finance, Climate Solutions.
