The Impact You'll Make

 

As our Development Technician, you’ll play a key role in advancing innovative water-hydraulic technologies that support more efficient and sustainable industrial solutions.

 

You’ll make testing more reliable, accelerate product development, and help ensure that every new design meets high standards for performance and safety - directly benefiting engineers, customers, and future applications.

 

You’ll collaborate closely with our innovation engineering team and take ownership of test preparation, execution, and documentation, helping us move toward an even more innovative and efficient future.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Set up and run tests and experiments on high-pressure pumps and energy recovery devices to help validate new designs. 
  • Build and prepare test equipment and samples, ensuring everything is ready, safe, and aligned with test plans. 
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate lab equipment so testing runs smoothly and accurately. 
  • Document procedures and collect high-quality data that supports engineering decisions. 
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve test methods, develop new setups, and keep the lab organized and safe.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Experience in a technical test laboratory environment and the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality test results. 

  • Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electronic systems, plus confidence working with tools and measurement equipment. 

  • Ability to handle hands-on tasks, stay organized, and maintain a strong focus on accuracy and quality. 

  • Experience with PLCs, VFDs, or data acquisition systems (e.g., LabView, Catman Easy) is a bonus, but not required. 

  • Comfortable communicating in English and Danish and using tools like Microsoft Office.
