Do you want to shape how the world produces food in a smarter, cleaner, and more energy-efficient way? As our new Industry Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating decarbonisation and electrification across core Food & Beverage segments such as brewery, dairy, and processing. With global food demand projected to grow 45–60% by 2050, the need for innovative, efficient technologies has never been greater—and this is where you come in.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will turn deep application insight into real-world solutions that strengthen our portfolio and open new business opportunities. You will:

· Analyze key Food & Beverage processes and identify opportunities for technical advancement

· Evaluate existing solutions and uncover portfolio gaps

· Collaborate with product teams to develop stronger, more competitive system offerings

· Build partnerships with external channel players and engage new end users

· Support sales with expert guidance, training, and market intelligence

· Represent Danfoss in industry networks, conferences, and associations

You will collaborate across a broad internal network—from Sector Coupling Solutions to Industrial & Commercial Heat Pump Solutions, Cold Chain Solutions, Data Center Solutions, Building Solutions, Virtual Systems Solutions, Global Solution Experts, as well as regional sales development teams—ensuring Danfoss stays ahead of emerging customer needs and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

You understand how to create value through technology, and you excel at influencing both internal and external stakeholders. You are proactive, independent, and skilled at navigating complex matrix environments.

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (MBA is a strong plus)

· 5+ years of success in market development within Food & Beverage or related industries

· Strong understanding of refrigeration, control theory, and energy-efficient system design

· Excellent consultative selling, communication, and stakeholder management skills

· Fluent in English

You’ll join a forward-thinking team shaping tomorrow’s sustainable food production—working on impactful projects, collaborating with industry experts, and driving meaningful change across global markets. The role is based in Nordborg, Denmark, with flexibility for Copenhagen or Hamburg for exceptional candidates. Some travel (20–30%) is expected.
