Are you eager to apply your engineering skills to cutting-edge software and automation projects? Join us as an Engineering Intern in System Development Tools, Innovation and Development team at the Application Development Centre in Nordborg, Denmark.

You´ll be part of a dynamic group focused on advancing model-based development toolchains and driving innovation in automation and DevOps for engineering applications.

 

We are seeking a candidate available to start in February, 2026 for a duration of 5-6 months.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Develop, prototype, and test solutions for model-based development toolchains.  
  • Design and optimize automation workflows and DevOps pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance and streamline development processes.
  • Deploy control models to embedded control systems using PLUS+1 ecosystem.
  • Create technical documentation and presentation materials.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and methodologies used in engineering development.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Enrolled in a B.Sc or M.Sc. Engineering program.
  • Strong foundation in software development; hands-on experience is a plus.
  • Programming skills in Matlab Simulink, or experience with Python.
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of control systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
