The Impact You'll Make

As a Logistics Excellence Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening logistics capabilities across the Sensing Solutions manufacturing network. You will lead strategic supply chain initiatives that improve operational performance, standardize ways of working, and enable sites to deliver reliable, efficient, and scalable logistics processes.

Working across multiple locations and functions, you will help shape how logistics is executed across the network by driving best practices, improving system adoption, and turning data into actionable insights. Success in this role comes from your ability to influence without authority, build strong stakeholder relationships, and lead complex initiatives that deliver lasting business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will combine project leadership, logistics expertise, and continuous improvement to raise logistics performance across the manufacturing network.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead strategic supply chain projects, including manufacturing footprint changes, and system implementations
• Define, deploy, and continuously improve common logistics processes, governance models, and performance expectations across sites
• Support manufacturing locations through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing, enabling sustainable improvements and greater operational independence
• Translating business needs into effective processes, system requirements, and reporting capabilities
• Use data, analytics, and digital tools to identify improvement opportunities, simplify processes, improve data quality, and measure business impact

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of logistics expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a global organization.

• Experience managing end-to-end logistics processes within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results through collaboration and influence rather than formal authority
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data and findings into practical business solutions
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with Business Intelligence and AI-enabled digital tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization

Experience with logistics transformation, manufacturing footprint changes, production transfers, or supply chain system implementations will be considered an advantage.
