As Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a proactive maintenance culture, driving operational excellence, and ensuring we have the right competencies, systems, and structure in place to support future growth. You will have significant influence on maintenance performance, cost management, compliance, and continuous improvement across the factory.
The Impact You'll Make
You will lead the transformation of our maintenance organization by creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Your leadership will help ensure maximum equipment reliability, strong cost control, and full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. At the same time, you'll drive strategic optimization initiatives that improve the efficiency of our facilities and utilities, supporting Danfoss' long-term operational goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our new Maintenance Manager, you will:
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of skilled maintenance professionals.
• Take ownership of maintenance budgets, performance, and cost optimization.
• Establish robust maintenance processes and ensure a proactive approach to reliability and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ATEX requirements, and operational standards.
• Drive optimization projects related to utilities and infrastructure, including critical supply systems such as helium.
• Collaborate across Production, Manufacturing Technology, Supply Chain, and external partners to deliver sustainable improvements.
• Build an engaged and high-performing team focused on safety, operational excellence, and continuous development.
What Makes You a Great Fit

You understand that successful maintenance is about both people and performance. You know how to engage teams, create clear direction, and build processes that deliver long-term results.
In addition, you bring:
• Leadership experience within maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Experience managing maintenance costs and operational performance.
• A structured approach to process improvement and change management.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and industrial safety standards, including ATEX.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
