  • Support daily production performance by troubleshooting technical and process-related issues and implementing sustainable solutions that keep operations running smoothly
  • Monitor and optimize key manufacturing metrics such as OEE and First Part Yield to identify improvement opportunities, improve equipment performance, and solve recurring challenges
  • Collaborate across functions with Production, Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and other stakeholders to achieve production targets, improve processes, and deliver operational excellence

  • A technical background in manufacturing, production technology, mechanics, or automation, gained through education, practical experience, or a combination of both. We encourage applications from recent graduates and experienced professionals alike
  • The ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive improvements from idea to implementation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills that enable you to work effectively across different functions and stakeholders
  • A structured, quality-focused mindset with an interest in manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement

What You'll Get from Us

You will join a highly skilled and collaborative Value Stream team where manufacturing engineers, planners, supervisors, maintenance specialists, and production colleagues work together to solve challenges, improve performance, and deliver results.

This role offers a unique combination of operational responsibility and strategic development, with opportunities to contribute to process optimization, automation initiatives, digital manufacturing improvements, and future production investments. At Danfoss, you'll learn from experienced colleagues, build new technical skills, and develop your expertise through meaningful projects while creating opportunities for long-term career growth.

Furthermore:

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.

Ready to Make a Difference?

If you're excited about combining technical problem solving with real impact on manufacturing performance, we'd love to hear from you. Even if you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply. Your perspective could be exactly what we're looking for.
