Job Responsibilities

As the Manufacturing Manager, you will lead our Production and Maintenance, leading and collaborating with our four Production Supervisors. 

Your mission is to optimize safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) across the value chain. You will promote manufacturing philosophy and build up a continuous improvement culture for our factory, using LEAN and SIX SIGMA methodologies from the Danfoss Business System (DBS), significantly impacting all KPIs and ensuring timely delivery of world-class products.

Additionally, you can look forward to:

  • Identify gaps and opportunities, define the roadmap for operational targets, and drive yearly improvements. 
  • Coach and facilitate colleague and project to achieve improvement objectives. 
  • Collaborate with all support functions to enhance daily performance management, challenge the status quo, and implement improvement potentials. 
  • Maintain a transparent reporting structure of KPIs and drive improvement initiatives in alignment with management.

Background & Skills

As a person, you are naturally analytical, always ensuring you have the right data for decision-making. Your outgoing nature and strong collaboration skills enable you to easily build relationships easily at all levels and get others on board with your ideas. This is also why it is easy for you to coach your colleagues when new processes and techniques are implemented.

In terms of professional qualifications, you have extensive experience with value stream mapping and hold at least a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably a Black Belt. Your proficiency in project management further strengthens your abilities to lead and execute projects efficiently, contributing to our team's success.

You are proficient in MS applications such as Excel and PowerPoint and familiar with the standard quality tools and root cause problem-solving methodology. 

Additionally, you are fluent in both Danish and English.
