Then you may be the person we're looking for in our Early Launch Centre.

In this role, you'll help bridge the gap between product development and serial production, ensuring that products and manufacturing processes are robust, stable, and ready for full-scale manufacturing.

Working across several launch activities at the same time, you'll help identify quality risks, optimize manufacturing processes, and solve technical challenges early in the product lifecycle. The environment is dynamic, with multiple projects running simultaneously and a strong focus on turning new ideas into stable and scalable manufacturing solutions.

A key part of the role is staying close to production. By working hands-on with operators, technicians, quality specialists, and fellow engineers, you'll identify opportunities for improvement, address issues before they become larger problems, and help build the foundation for successful serial production.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Manufacturing Technology team, you'll support the maturation of both products and processes in our Early Launch Center while helping ensure a smooth transition into serial production.

• Analyze quality and production performance data, including scrap, FPY, rework, and downtime, to identify improvement opportunities and increase process stability
• Drive quality and productivity improvements that reduce waste, improve manufacturing performance, and strengthen production readiness
• Maintain and develop quality documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SOPs, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 requirements
• Lead and support change control activities, manufacturing readiness initiatives, and new product introduction projects
• Facilitate root cause investigations, customer claim activities, and LEAN or Kaizen workshops, working closely with production teams to solve challenges at the source

Success in this role requires balancing analytical problem-solving with a practical, hands-on approach. You'll spend time both on the shop floor and behind the data, collaborating with colleagues across functions to ensure products and processes are ready for full-scale production.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and thrives at the intersection of quality, production, and continuous improvement.

Essential qualifications:

• Experience from a manufacturing, production, quality, or process-focused environment
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and continuous improvement practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into practical improvements
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong relationships on the shop floor
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken

Preferred qualifications:

• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Technology, or a related technical field
• Experience with LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving methodologies
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, and MSA
