Job Description
Danfoss is looking for an experienced Deployment Lead – for our PLM area. The PDL has the role of the functional project manager in our ONE ERP program, and leads roll-in activity on behalf of the functional team, from the beginning of a release to the go live. The PDL has the full responsibility of the functional activities in a release.
The One ERP team is primarily working out of Flensburg, Germany, with some time spend in Nordborg, Denmark.
Background & Skills
For the position, you need to have solid experience in the production area, project manager experience from smaller IT projects or experience as a leader of a small team. It is a must that you have excellent English oral and written communication and solid analytical skills.
Your record shows good project and stakeholder management skills, which will be useful leading and coordinating tasks related to problem solving, implementation, clarification and training. You will be demonstrating, communicating and explaining the benefits of the project and the relationship between different elements in the template, and clarifying the impact for the receiving organization.
