As a Planner, Operations, you will help connect customer demand, production capacity, material availability, and delivery execution across our global supply chain.

You will be part of a collaborative value stream environment where planning, order fulfillment, customer service, procurement, logistics, and production work closely together to create a reliable and responsive customer experience. Your decisions will directly support operational performance and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate customer demand, production priorities, and capacity plans to support on-time delivery and operational stability.

• Manage production and order fulfillment activities to ensure smooth order processing and an excellent customer experience.

• Collaborate with production, procurement, logistics, customer service, and global stakeholders to resolve supply and delivery challenges.

• Analyze delays, inventory performance, and fulfillment trends to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.

• Maintain planning parameters, master data, and material availability to support efficient supply chain execution.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in supply chain, production planning, order fulfillment, logistics, customer service, or a related operational environment.

• Strong coordination and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

• Confidence working with business systems and data, including ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to build productive relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions and locations.

• Professional proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
