As our Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in bringing innovative hydronic solutions from concept to market. Working within our Hydronics R&D organization, you will lead complex product development projects that support energy-efficient district heating systems, data centers, and other sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Your impact? By providing structure, direction, and effective stakeholder alignment, you will help project teams deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope—accelerating innovation while ensuring strong business outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, Portfolio Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and global engineering teams, helping transform ideas into products that create value for customers worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead R&D projects from idea to launch.
• Set direction, structure and pace for project teams.
• Keep scope, timing, budget and risks under control.
• Drive decisions and remove blockers.
• Align stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Apply Danfoss project models in a pragmatic way.

The ideal candidate brings:

• Solid experience leading R&D or product development projects.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and software-related projects.
• Strong project management skills and a structured way of working.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Confidence to challenge unclear scope, risks or decisions.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Experience with stage-gate, milestone-based development, PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar methods is an advantage.
