As our new Quality Engineer (m/f/d) within our global Quality Center of Expertise (COE) in Danfoss Sensing Solutions (SEN) you will contribute to shaping quality excellence in a rapidly growing business.
You will serve as a versatile contributor across customer, supplier, project and quality management areas. You will work closely with the local Quality teams in China, Europe and Mexico as well as with our Customer Quality Managers and report to the global head of SEN Quality COE.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify improvement opportunities through KPI monitoring, data analytics (incl. AI), process reviews, and internal/external benchmarking; foster sharing with other sites.
- Lead or support internal Quality Initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Participate in Supplier selection, monitoring, auditing and continuous development activities.
- Govern and maintain the global SEN Quality & EHS Management System incl. managing external 3rd Party Audits on ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Act as subject matter expert for systems & tools such as Q.wiki, APIS, SAP, One CRM, Power BI, PLM and provide guidance and coaching to employees.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Advanced knowledge of quality management principles and quality core tools such as APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans and problem-solving methodologies.
- Self-driven, flexible, structured and persistent work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- Strong ability to communicate factually and appropriately with all internal and external stakeholders, mainly in English.
- Skills such as risk and change management, coaching, team facilitation, also in difficult situations.
- Strong digital mindset with an affinity for data analytics, AI-enabled quality processes, and enterprise systems.
