Senior Controller, Group Transfer Pricing

Danfoss Group Transfer Pricing is looking for a Senior Controller, who can help to create Value Chain Analysis and Function, Asset, and Risk Analysis for entities within the overall Danfoss business but, particularly for new acquisitions, with the focus to develop and improve our understanding of the business and our transfer pricing processes. Furthermore, your key tasks will be to:

 

  • Analyze the operational implementation of Danfoss’ transfer pricing policy
  • Develop and improve transfer pricing processes
  • Participate in a project to develop a far-reaching Operational Transfer Pricing analysis tool and become functionally responsible for this tool once it is operational and rolled-out
  • Prepare and review transfer pricing compliance documentation, particularly for newly acquired entities
  • Build a bridge between the transfer pricing policy and the implementation of the same — ensuring compliance
  • Audit assistance on ad hoc basis
  • Participate in education and development of both internal transfer pricing and non-transfer pricing personnel on TP policies and procedures

 

Your location can be flexible within Denmark but please be aware that you are expected to be at our office in Nordborg at least 3 days a week.

 
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree, with advanced degrees and emphasis in taxation preferred. We also expect that you have a strong technical tax knowledge with demonstrated experience in planning, implementing and managing international tax strategies and Transfer Pricing. Furthermore, you: 

 

 

  • Are skilled in the use of IT tools, specifically SAP PaPM and SAC, or similar
  • Have experience in effectively managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Can workboth independently and in a team environment on different projects and tasks
  • Have the ability to review and integrate new and restructured companies with Danfoss Transfer Pricing policies
  • Have the ability to quickly understand and integrate business objectives with tax strategies
  • Have the ability to effectively communicate tax requirements to senior leaders in functional groups throughout the company
