As the Senior Manager, Data Center Strategy at Danfoss, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our commitment to climate solutions, particularly in the realm of data centers. Danfoss stands uniquely positioned with a rich legacy of innovative solutions that address climate challenges.

 

Your time will be split between two main activities:

  • 75% Strategy development and execution (e.g. Partnerships, M&A), and

  • 25% on the Pan-European Net Zero Innovation Hub.

 

Your leadership will be instrumental in developing and executing our data center solutions business strategy, aligning with our overarching goal of sustainability. Leveraging your expertise, you'll forge partnerships to accelerate profitable growth and define strategic initiatives to maximize our potential in this dynamic market.

This position is available in Nordborg, Hamburg, Kolding, or Copenhagen as a hybrid role, and for the right candidate we can offer relocation services inside EU (EU Only) to Nordborg, Denmark.

Job Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of data center solutions business strategy.
  • Be the driving force identifying and taking lead on partnerships to accelerate profitable growth.
  • Define & execute “Must Win Battles” along with sales teams & BUs to maximize potential.
  • Be the Danfoss’ representative in the Pan-European Net Zero Innovation Hub.
  • Identification and prioritization of growth areas, and business case development and financial analysis in support of key business decisions.

Background & Skills

We’re looking for someone with 2-5 years’ consulting experience in a top-tier firm, preferably with a technical background and experience with the data center background.

  • A demonstrated ability to work in a matrix to deliver results on complex projects,

  • An ability to apply analytical and strategic thinking, with strong business judgment to solve ambiguous problems independently, and

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including capability to present effectively to senior leadership inside and outside Danfoss.
