The Impact You'll Make
We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager in Nordborg or Neumünster. You’ll lead our Supply Chain and Warehouse operations for the Controls Division, making sure everything runs smoothly from purchasing to delivery. Your mission? Build and guide a high-performing team that keeps goods flowing to European customers without delays or stockouts. You’ll improve inventory accuracy, optimize costs, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Global Supply Chain teams to make it all happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor a team of planners, order fulfillment reps, trade compliance specialists, and warehouse/shipping staff
- Manage purchasing, inventory control, and demand forecasting to ensure the right stock mix and availability
- Set and execute service level agreements (SLAs) for European customers in partnership with Sales
- Oversee and negotiate freight and logistics to optimize cost, delivery, and responsiveness
- Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements while ensuring ISO 9001 and EHS compliance
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in demand planning, operations, or logistics management (ideally in manufacturing or distribution)
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and developing teams
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in inventory optimization, supplier management, and logistics
- Proficiency in SAP and related tools (Anaplan/MM/WMS) and familiarity with ISO 9001 and safety standards
