As our Senior Manager, Global Customer Quality, you will be the voice of our strategic customers, connecting their expectations with our business growth and operational excellence across B2B and OEM markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and lead the global customer quality strategy, bringing the voice of the customer into our operations to align their expectations with our commercial and quality goals
• Act as a trusted quality partner to sales teams and strategic customers, guiding them through new business opportunities, escalations, and performance reviews
• Champion preventive quality initiatives and data-driven decisions that enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen our operational performance
• Build collaborative partnerships across sales, engineering, and manufacturing to embed quality as a key differentiator in all our customer relationships
• Mentor and develop a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of inclusion, customer-focus, and continuous growth

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing quality leadership role, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial B2B, or OEM environment
• A background working collaboratively with commercial teams, such as sales, key account management, or business development
• A talent for building trust with customers, understanding their business needs, and translating technical topics into clear commercial value
• Proficiency with structured problem-solving (8D, root cause analysis) and a solid understanding of quality management systems
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire change across a global organization
