What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead end-to-end projects from concept to serial production to ensure delivery on time, cost, quality, and scope
• Build and drive business cases and project plans to support clear decisions and successful outcomes
• Align global cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business functions to ensure smooth execution
• Manage stakeholders and communication to enable transparency and effective decision-making
• Ensure project governance and compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience leading complex product development projects in a technical or industrial environment
• Ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business results
• Strong technical understanding combined with business acumen
• Solid experience with project management methodologies and an open mind for new approaches.
• Ability to analyze data, manage risks, and make decisions in a structured and proactive way
