Are you curious about how products go from idea to market in a global technology company? As a Student Worker in Product Management, you will help shape solutions for the international air-conditioning and refrigeration industry while gaining hands-on experience in a business-critical function.
In this role, you will support product development, market analysis, product launches, and supplier collaboration. Your work will help transform customer and market insights into actions that create value for customers around the world.
You will join Danfoss Climate Solutions and work closely with experienced colleagues across functions and geographies. This is an opportunity to develop both your commercial and technical understanding while building a strong professional network in an international environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support product development and launch activities by coordinating inputs, documentation, and follow-up actions to help projects move forward successfully.
• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor developments to identify insights and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to align activities and ensure smooth execution across functions.
• Prepare presentations, business analyses, and product information that support decision-making and communication.
• Contribute to portfolio and product-management activities by organizing information and helping drive key initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor's or master's program and can combine your studies with approximately 12-15 working hours per week.
• You have a strong interest in product management, technology, business development, and international markets.
• You have an analytical and structured approach and enjoy working with data, information, and business insights.
• You communicate clearly in English and can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• You take initiative, follow through on commitments, and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
