The Impact You'll Make
As our Student Worker in Enterprise Architecture, you’ll contribute directly to the effectiveness and transparency of our architecture processes. You’ll help optimize the use of our Enterprise Architecture tool LeanIX and support key Enterprise Architecture activities by analyzing data, managing mini-projects, and providing training and reporting support.
Your impact? You’ll improve our insight into architecture data, help drive project milestones, and empower teams and stakeholders with actionable dashboards and clear training materials. Your work will advance our architecture maturity and support our transition to cloud and new systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze LeanIX data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Act as a mini project manager:
- Arrange meetings and drive follow-up activities for initiatives (e.g., Target Architecture, Cloud ALM integration, MCP Server)
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions for LeanIX users
- Provide LeanIX support by creating dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Assist with documentation, presentation preparation, and other ad hoc tasks related to Enterprise Architecture
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. It is beneficial to have some experience or knowledge of enterprise architecture, either from a university course or previous professional experience. Ideally, you should have at least 1.5 years remaining of your studies.
We also imagine that you bring:
- Strong analytical skills and interest in enterprise systems and architecture
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience or interest in the LeanIX, enterprise architecture, or cloud platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is an advantage
