Danfoss is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Analyst to support strategic planning, project management, and change management in the delivery of strategic initiatives. 


As a Strategy Analyst in the Corporate Strategy & Consulting team, you will collaborate closely with an experienced team of consultants in a setting where everyone is valued and appreciated for their individual skills, competencies, and personalities.  

Job Responsibilities

You will develop an in-depth understanding of the business and focus on issues ranging from organic growth, go-to-market strategies, customer experience, organizational development, and operational efficiency. You are here to:


•    Support the experienced team of consultants, develop strategic recommendations for improving and evolving the business.
•    Provide competitor benchmarking, identify market trends, and key industry intelligence.
•    Deliver great results through immaculate data analysis and market intelligence
•    Help the team realize growth strategies that support continued improvement of the business’s overall performance.

 

 

The Corporate Strategy & Consulting team operates in two hubs (Nordborg and Copenhagen) and consist of people from vastly different backgrounds and of many different nationalities, such as India, Malaysia, Germany, France, Canada and the UK – we are sure you will add to our beautiful mosaic of people! 
We are flexible on the hours you work each week, according to your dedication to your studies. However, we expect that you can work approximately 15-20 hours per week with less during exams and high-attention projects in your studies. 

 

Background & Skills

Most importantly, you are working tirelessly on finalizing your bachelor or master’s degree within Engineering, Economics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics or Physics with excellent remarks (please upload with your application) in your backpack and that you are hungry to learn! 


You thrive in a creative, high-powered environment as you aim to support the Corporate Strategy team solve complex strategic issues into actionable plans. Through your analytical approach and structured problem-solving skills, you manage to simplify your analyses into clear communication. We are looking for a strategic thinker, willing to challenge established views with facts and new ideas.
