We are looking for a Controls Application Engineer to join our team.
In this role you will combine the strengths of product and sub-system expertise with needs and specific requirements across different applications – focus on the open circuit work function solutions. You will have an interesting interaction between internal development, practical validation and implementation as well as successful customer projects participation.

Job Responsibilities
Support and help create awareness of our solution offerings across our global sales teams. Documentation and presentation to different audiences is a key element. Focus on promoting and training customers, Application Engineers and Sales teams on our offering as well as support customization, tuning and review.
You will be a strong link btw. Solutions R&D, System & Application Engineering, Product Application Engineering, Sales team, and our customers. You will also provide inputs to new developments based on market needs that enhances sub-system offering and ensure product portfolio remains relevant and attractive.
More in details, you will:
- Train and present Sub-System Solutions to internal and external customers
- Contribute to continuous improvements and new developments
- Implement, tune and modify sub-system solutions on customer machines or demo vehicles at our Application Development Center in Nordborg, Denmark
- Manage and contribute to projects internally as well as externally
Background & Skills
- You have a successfully completed degree, preferably as a qualified Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, at a level equivalent to a BSc as a minimum, or a proven relevant engineering background within hydraulics and/or electronics.
- If you have knowledge and experience of application engineering and ideally mobile off-road applications, this will be an advantage.
- Furthermore, you have a proven track record of project management skills, knowledge of software control solutions, communication technology and hydraulic measurement and analysis.
- We also expect you to have professional English language skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to show front-line passion by acting pro-actively on customer request.
- We expect you to be committed and eager to learn. A growing mindset is a must.
