We are currently looking for a System Architect to join our team. In this position you will be part of a product development team that consists of cross functional competences and working closely together as a team. The team is consisting of a team in Slovenia and Denmark. Each team is responsible for its own set of products and at the same time there will be cross teamwork.
 

Job Responsibilities

As a System Architect, you will be the Lead system architect in our electronic controllers for District Heating, new product development projects; hence you will be responsible for understanding of customer/application needs and used technologies to design system architecture. A central area is to create system architecture and interfaces between hardware, embedded software, phone app and applications together with the other leads for each area. 
 

Besides these areas you will also be responsible for making the correct prioritizing of the R&D backlog, insuring implementing the right order/sequence of features and PBI´s for embedded SW, Phone App and Model Based Design (act as” technical Product Owner”).
 

Furthermore, your key areas of responsibility will be:
•    Product architecture development based on customer requirements.
•    Product integration planning. 
•    Coordination of interfaces between cross functional teams to define interfaces on our embedded electronic controllers e.g. between the SW/HW and SW/Phone App).
•    Have continuous dialogue with different stakeholders to ensure the right architectural solutions are chosen.
•    Filter on customer requirements together with PO, so the R&D team only receives the relevant questions and requests.

Background & Skills

You have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering with substantial knowledge on embedded hardware, software and also preferable proven knowledge about industrial products and are good in preparing structed documentation. You consider you self to be a team player.
 
You can also be a person, with very deep knowledge about electronics controller in district heating and have a strong motivation to develop yourself into an overall specialist in embedded systems. You communicate effortlessly in English and at least basics in Danish, both verbally and written. 

Furthermore, we appreciate:
•    You are self-driven and have an active approach to your work.  
•    Readiness to make decisions and solve problems independently.
•    You corporate seamlessly with other R&D areas to ensure needed cross product/architecture alignment and best practice sharing on system architect level. 
•    Good communication skills towards customers and between different internal stakeholders at all levels in the company.
