The Impact You'll Make

 

As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll play a key role in conducting recruitment processes for houtly and student positions.

 

Your impact? You will help attract and hire the next generation of talent by supporting recruitment for Intern and Hourly positions. You will contribute to building strong talent pipelines that enable business growth and operational success.

 

You’ll collaborate with the TA Teams, local HR and business leaders, and take ownership of recruitment processes, supporting the business to find the great talents.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Support full-cycle recruitment for Intern and Hourly positions across multiple functions and locations.
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and campus partnerships.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Support recruitment reporting, employer branding activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and university partners.
  • Digital-savvy and comfortable using recruiting tools, social media, and talent acquisition technologies.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a hands-on attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Well-organized team player with excellent attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
