We are looking for a creative and technically skilled video producer with a passion for telling compelling news stories. As our Video Content Producer, you will be at the heart of the Danfoss newsroom, producing high-impact video content that engages both internal and external audiences worldwide.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are driven to produce high-quality, impactful content. You'll combine creativity and technical expertise to create high-quality video content that supports the Danfoss brand and strategy.
From creative idea to completion, you will own the video production process, ensuring every frame reflects the Danfoss brand, aligns with our strategy, and illustrates our commitment to engineering a better future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Producing and contributing content for Danfoss Global News, our global internal news platform. 
• Driving the full video production cycle from pre-production planning to filming and post-production editing.
• Collaborating across departments and the wider business – often with senior leaders –to create engaging video content that showcases our innovative solutions.
• Developing storyboards and scripts that align with our strategy, brand values, and messaging.
• Maintaining and evolving our video production capabilities by introducing new tools and techniques to enhance our storytelling and audience engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in video production, supported by a strong portfolio of work.
• Strong video editing skills, including proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
• A creative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work closely with colleagues across the business while driving projects independently.
• Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience with drone operation and knowledge of motion graphics would be an advantage.
