We are looking for a passionate and driven Application Engineer to be based in Serbia, Belgrade office. The person will be responsible for development of Danfoss Food retail system solution business in a defined territory or customer channel in sales for Adriatic area, to achieve our short - and long-term targets.  
 

Job Responsibilities

Satisfying customers and organization on time and performance to:

• Develop market and present Danfoss solutions.
• Getting new orders, assuring orders are entered in ordering system. Pushing delivery times internally, assuring delivery on time.
• Customer training and education (before and during project execution) on electronics and standard refrigeration systems
• Technical & application support to customers
• Project execution

As well as:

• Close cooperation with local Danfoss FRL partners in order to deliver the expected level of service to the customers.  
• Ensure with the end result that the local Danfoss solution and project execution are recognized by customers as center of Know How on products, services and applications through training, education & support to customers with the goal being preferably specified. 
• Use Danfoss tools for reporting, forecasting and customer relationship management: Salesforce, Opportunity management, Concur…

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

• Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical, Electrical engineering or equivalent field.
• Technical Sales experience working with System manager systems, SCADA, BMS systems and applications in market segments (advantage is adequate knowledge in Refrigeration thermo-hydraulic modelling and optimization tools).
• Advantage is adequate knowledge of Refrigeration systems and HVAC in general.
• Strong commercial insight and business understanding.
• High energy, self-motivated, persistent and ability to influence others.
• Structured mindset to secure consistency and strong follow-ups with performance tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and good communication.
• Key account management and strong networking skills.
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment.
• Frequent business travel (Driving licence B). 
• Active Serbian and English language skills.
