The Impact You'll Make
As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Digital Marketing Communications, you will support our team in strengthening Danfoss Drives’ global digital presence and customer engagement.
This one-year time-limited role (max. 20 hours/week during the semester, more during breaks) offers you a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international Digital Marketing environment and is ideally based in Offenbach, with flexible hybrid or remote working options.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will join an international team of Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications specialists who collaborate virtually and work primarily in English. We are collaborative, innovative, and data driven: we use data to tell stories – and we’d love to hear yours! Your tasks will include:
- Supporting project coordination across channels and countries, helping to streamline and execute global campaigns
- Working closely with Digital Marketing Specialists to create and maintain landing pages, gaining insights into usability and conversion optimization
- Learning to work with email marketing tools and assist in delivering personalized, high-impact communication
- Contributing to our CRM transition by supporting tasks that enable smarter, data-driven marketing strategies
- Assisting with data analysis under guidance to help generate insights that drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in (Digital) Marketing, Communications, Business or Media studies in Germany with two more semesters until graduating – ideally in advanced studies (Master program or with at least three semesters completed)
- Interest in Digital Tools (e.g. online tools and platforms, web and email marketing tools), prior experience is a plus but not required
- Open-mindedness, eagerness to learn, and proactivity in a virtual, international team
- Proactive, self-organized work style
- Solid communication skills in English in speaking and writing, French or German language skills are an advantage
