The Impact You'll Make

• Process customer POs through SAP end-to-end (SO, PR, GR, invoicing) so orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Coordinate inbound shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers, ensuring PIB declarations and import documents are clean for smooth clearance
• Partner with the sales team on order execution and delivery, turning customer requests into on-time outcomes
• Build monthly forecast, backlog, and performance reports that give leadership a clear view of where revenue stands
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and customs issues while keeping every transaction compliant with SOPs and regulations

What You’ll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Management, Accounting, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
• Strong organizational and documentation discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent Indonesian and working English
• Familiarity with SAP or CRM systems
