As an Operational Purchaser, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless production by securing timely and reliable delivery of materials. Working closely with suppliers, production, logistics, and internal stakeholders, you will help optimize the purchasing flow and maintain stable material availability for our operations.
This role is perfect for a proactive, communicative team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, solving daily challenges, and collaborating across functions and borders.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and executing purchase orders in SAP for assigned material groups
- Ensuring continuous material availability required for production
- Communicating regularly with suppliers to monitor deliveries, confirm deadlines, and resolve potential issues
- Monitoring stock levels and participating in optimization activities
- Collaborating daily in Czech and English with suppliers and colleagues across the Danfoss Group
- Processing purchasing data and maintaining accurate records in SAP and MS Office tools
- Supporting procurement and planning teams in day‑to‑day operational tasks
What We're Looking For
- Secondary education (economics or technical field is an advantage)
- Very good Czech and English language skills (spoken and written)
- SAP knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement
- Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a responsible approach
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work effectively in a team
- Suitable also for motivated graduates eager to gain valuable purchasing experience
