The Impact You'll Make

At Danfoss Turbocor, you will play a key role in launching and shaping our newly established Service Center in Nordborg, Denmark. In this on-site role, you will ensure compressor repair operations run safely, efficiently, and on time, helping customers around the world keep critical systems operating at their best.  

You will act as the operational hub between service operations, supply chain, customer experience, warehousing, investigations, production, and site leadership. Your ability to align priorities and resources will directly influence customer satisfaction, equipment availability, repair turnaround times, and service performance.  

This is a unique opportunity to build the foundation of a growing aftermarket operation, influence how the service center develops, and contribute to the future growth of our business.  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day service center operations to ensure repair activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer commitments. 
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and priorities across multiple teams to improve repair flow and operational performance.  
• Manage repair orders and material availability in SAP to support smooth execution and minimize delays.  
• Monitor capacity, inventory, backlog, and turnaround times to identify constraints and meet service-level expectations.  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, equipment uptime, and customer outcomes. 

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in a manufacturing, service, repair, or other industrial environment.  
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and achieve results through collaboration and influence.  
• Knowledge of production planning, operational scheduling, inventory management, and material flow processes.  
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP for operational planning, order management, or related activities.  
• Strong communication skills in Danish and English to collaborate effectively with local and global stakeholders.

Reporting Line: Reporting directly to the Service Operations leadership team based in the United States.
