As an Analyst - Shared Services, you will play a key role in helping Danfoss maintain high standards of product and material compliance across our global supply chain. Your work will directly support the availability of accurate supplier documentation that enables compliant products and smooth business operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage compliance-related activities in business systems and ensure accurate, reliable data that supports global operations.
- Partner with suppliers worldwide to collect and validate material compliance documentation, helping maintain regulatory and business requirements.
- Coordinate with product compliance, engineering, and sourcing teams to keep priorities aligned and information flowing effectively.
- Track documentation requests and drive proactive follow-ups to reduce delays and improve completion rates.
- Communicate progress, risks, and key updates to stakeholders, supporting timely decision-making and transparency.
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting supply chain, shared services, supplier coordination, compliance, or data management activities.
- Hands-on experience working with enterprise business systems such as SAP, PLM, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging suppliers and stakeholders across different regions.
- Ability to organize large volumes of information, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a structured approach to follow-up activities.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a collaborative environment.
