The Impact You'll Make
As our Fulfillment Associate Analyst, you’ll play a key role in Inbound procurement of Materials from overseas factories to Distribution Center in APR region and its Inventory Management at optimal Cost / Lead Time, thereby delivering great customer experiences.
Your impact? You will help improve on-time delivery performance, strengthen customer relationships, and support operational excellence by proactively managing orders, escalations and communication across the organization.
You’ll collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Shipping, Buyers and Customer Service teams, taking ownership of order tracking, customer communication and fulfilment coordination, helping us move toward a more customer-focused and efficient future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, and Shipping teams to ensure customer requirements and delivery commitments are achieved.
- Support CSR teams and customers by responding to inquiries, providing order updates, and managing escalations through multiple communication channels.
- Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and On-Time Delivery performance to ensure proactive follow-up and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with production planners and buyers to align production priorities, raw material availability and customer delivery expectations.
- Analyse customer forecasts, order trends and demand changes to support proactive planning and continuous service improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Engineering or related field.
- 1 – 2 Years of experience in order fulfilment or supply chain environment.
- Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office, and order management processes.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- A mindset of problem-solving, attention to detail, multitasking and customer focus in a fast-paced environment
