Job Description
As Strategic OEM Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing top line revenue from the sales of Danfoss Drives products & solutions, through sustaining share of wallet with existing Key Accounts, development of new sales opportunities and expanding the share of existing accounts. You will have a close collaboration together with, product managers, and application engineering in business unit to serve Best in class Experience to our Strategic OEMs.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
• Work with OEMs/Key Accounts to deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets in defined territory.
• Develop and execute a business plan, and build targeted account plans, resulting in a robust business growth pipeline. Align with sales leaders on strategic accounts and growth targets across market segments
• Build customer relationships at a strategic level with Key Account best practices. Establish strong and healthy relationships with different stakeholders in existing and new accounts
• Managing leads, opportunities in the Salesforce/CRM system
• Drive strategic Profitability initiatives and Business planning.
• Conduct periodic business reviews to ensure Customer satisfaction on key business parameters like Fulfillment, Application support & Product Quality.
• Build and maintain quality internal relationships across the organization, work effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver Best Customer Experience.
• Meet/exceed annual sales targets, pipeline targets and performance KPIs.
• Travel as required within the region & pan India if required.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
• 10+ years’ experience in Direct sales, Business development, Key Account Management within the Electrical & Electronics industry combined with bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Demonstrated success in developing and effectively implementing sales solutions to meet the customers’ needs and drive business results.
• Ability to construct detailed sales plans, develop, conduct training seminars, make presentations, and prepare quotes and tenders
• Strong customer facing presentation and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated customer relationship management experience.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the industry and competitor trends.
• Ability to proactively engage with both corporate and site-based external stakeholders and clients.
