Engineer - Quality Statistician

Job Description

We are looking for a Quality statistician Engineer who should be able to perform in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, with strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Implement data models and schemas for efficient reporting.
• Develop customized Power Apps applications to support business processes.
• Design and implement workflows using Power Automate to automate business processes, monitor, optimize performance, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with the database team to manage and maintain data sources.
• Generate both standard and ad-hoc quality reports.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide actionable insights.

• Mandatory expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, with strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query.
• Experience optimizing Power BI solutions for performance and usability.
• Proficiency in developing and customizing applications using Power Apps, integrating with various data sources and services.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Basic knowledge of data warehousing, writing SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis and understanding of data integrity and consistency in SQL databases.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing code and project workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
