Job Description
We are looking for a Fulfilment Analyst who will be responsible to handle product availability, Inventory management , Planning & Organizing.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring of product availability & working with Factories at different organizational levels to ensure optimal availability
- Balancing improvements of delivery service with inventory optimization
- Responsible to optimize the inventory levels & Inventory controlling
- Reducing slow moving inventory of finished goods
- Providing Analyses for Sales, S&OP, Stock Targets, Factories
- Managing the phase-in and phase-out of products in the region
- Secure seamless material flow in order to create lead-time reductions for customers
- Managing inventory and high availability for specific customers or specific countries in the region.
- Part of Global Supply Chain organisation in a function that links the regional sales organisation and our factories worldwide.
- Assisting with ad-hoc and ongoing analyses of supply, delivery and customer orders in the region.
- Supporting Customers, Customer Service and Sales in the region.
- Continuous Improvement of major KPIs; Availability & Reliability, Days of Inventory and Cost-to-Serve
Background & Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's with prior experience in Reporting/Analysing area in Logistics Fulfilment function.
- Strong knowledge in SAP MM & SD modules
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
