The Impact You'll Make
As our Lead Generation Associate you will identify potential customers, nurturing relationships, and feeding qualified leads into the sales funnel, which increases revenue opportunities and strengthens market reach
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate leads to develop business from different sources through Digital Camp, Exhibition, Road shows etc.....
- Need to follow-up daily to establish right contact and customer requirement for entire Danfoss Products.
- Need to focus to achieve the KPI for the FY
- Need to make Outbound calls to Qualify & Generate "HOT" leads.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls (Install base)
- For qualified Opportunities, Need to schedule appointment with the customer & Sales Person (On Call/ Email / Face to Face meeting) for further development and closure of the Lead.
- Collaborate with appropriate sales team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Maintain MIS reports & update the management on the status of all the "Lead Status"
What We're Looking For
- Outbound call experience 1-3 years in Sales / Lead generation.
- Knowledge of Selling Drives would be an added advantage
- Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook necessary.
- Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi (Mandatory) & Other regional language preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
