Job Description
Currently, we are looking for a Lead Time Excellence Lead, a global role located in Slovenia or Bulgaria.
In this position, you will be part of the Lead Time Excellence Team withing SIOP excellence and MDM Department, where you will be responsible for driving correct Lead Time maintenance in Danfoss Climate Solution Segment, consolidating knowledge, standardizing, improving and maintaining Lead Time rules and dependencies in SAP, as well as challenging and driving improvements in E2E Material Master management.
Job Responsibilities
- Cooperating with business stakeholders to collect and document business requirements related to Lead Time Material Master for standardization/improvement/development/automation (Vendor LT, Production LT, Customer LT).
- Identifying problems, threats, and errors.
- Bringing management's attention to inconsistencies and problems.
- Taking part in solving the problem when it comes to SAP MDM LT.
- Coordinating and structure the work of LT Excellence Team in order to ensure progress and sustainability.
- Challenging LT increases and strive for continuous improvements and better control (Vendor LT, Production LT, Customer LT).
- Data Quality assurance.
- Driving Process and Tool automatization.
- Participating in projects in material LT management.
- Interacting with multiple stakeholders to communicate on process & operations.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s with Engineering/ Business/ Economics / SCM / Logistics.
- 3 years of experience in Supply Chain / Fulfillment / MDM.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP PP/MDM/SD modules.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (you need to be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and functional teams).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; self-motivated.
- Creative problem solving, great analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in English.
