Danfoss is a world leader in supplying engineered products for varied Applications in various segments like Pharma, Sugar, Paper, Infrastructure, F&B,Water & other Industrial / Commercial Segments.
We are looking for passionate Sales Person with flair for product/technical knowledge and willing to learn.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Representing Danfoss Drives and Engineered Solutions to Pharma, Sugar, Paper, F&B,
- Water & allied segments to Users & Consultants in Andhra & Telangana Region and work towards increasing Share of Wallet with them.
- Developing rapport with Pharma End users and working with various Route To
- Markets like Partners, Panel Builders, Solution Providers & Contractors to achieve overall no.s – incl all DPD product lines
- Managing commercial activities, negotiation, documentation processes for order/supply, by taking internal support as required.
- Working with sales team through entire sales process including sales collateral, joint customer presentations, tender preparation, pricing, negotiating, contracting, etc.
- Working towards building the assigned business towards the Organization’s Vision 2030
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Engineering Graduate with 7 to 14 years of experience in engineering sales
- Knowledge in Drives and Engineered Panel / Project business with EU/EPC in preferred segments as prescribed earlier.
- Prior experience in similar scope – directly or with Partners
- Self-motivated to drive growth through initiatives, communication skills & teamwork spirit Good communication skills in English (verbal & written) and other regional languages will be an added advantage
- Ability and inclination to work under pressure and frequent business travel
- Follow ethical procedures in all business interactions
- Most important is your business approach and interpersonal skills with customers at all levels. We expect you are strong at building and keeping good relations with new and existing clients
