Product owner, Product Sustainability

Job Description

Danfoss Group Digital & IT is looking for a Product Owner for, Product sustainability to join our Global PLM Services team. Sustainability is at the core of the Danfoss business, and we have an ambition of integrating sustainability and ESG into everything we do, which makes this a very exciting and impactful position. Establishing a digital foundation that can help us do that is a pre-requisite. In this role you will work with a broad range of digital technologies and collaborate with compliance and sustainability teams across the organization. You will be involved in defining, prioritizing, planning, and executing digital initiatives to help us bridge the gap between tech and impact, requirements, and realized features. You will serve as a liaison between different areas of the organization and therefore a combination of business understanding, a good grasp of the overall technology and sustainability concepts as well as people skills are needed. You will work closely with the Product compliance leadership team as well as being involved in a major enterprise-wide OnePLM program that is becoming a core element in our Digital backbone.
 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

· Work with a vision and product road maps for our digital platforms

· Manage and facilitate prioritization

· Communicate and promote

· Manage stakeholders and Capture requirements

· Collaborate closely with people across the organization to set the direction for Danfoss

· Drive adoption and utilization to maximize business value

· Budget and License management

All the above as joint effort with the stakeholders, teams, and initiatives, which makes the demonstrated ability to collaborate a mandatory qualification.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

· Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a product compliance or regulatory environment.

· In-depth knowledge of product compliance regulations and standards, such as CE, UL, RoHS, REACH, etc.

· Experience in working with agile methodologies.

· Experience with relevant digital solutions and platforms and a holistic understanding of this domain.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

· Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.

· Experience with PLM solutions and processes

· Ability to collaborate, communicate and drive alignment in a global organization
