Job Description

In this role, the Incoming Quality Inspector Should Ensure workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations. Conducting inspections and tests on materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure they meet quality specifications & Standards through Meticulous Inspection. Able to Analyze Detailed Data and Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with different departments and stakeholders. 
 

Job Responsibilities

•    Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, components, and products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
•    Documentation: Accurately document inspection results, maintain records of non-conformance, and report findings to the Quality Assurance team and relevant departments.
•    Compliance: Ensure that all incoming materials adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
•    Supplier Interaction: Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement efforts.
•    Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in inspection processes and contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures.
•    Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve quality issues, collaborating closely with internal teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
•    Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhere to safety protocols, and promote a culture of quality and safety.

Background & Skills

Minimum requirements to educational background

•    Degree or equivalent; associate’s degree in quality assurance, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
•    Prior experience in quality, related department within the Same industry and Basic Certification in Quality Management System is highly valued (Minimum of One Years Experience Should Be Mandatory)

Minimum requirements to working experience.
•    Proven experience in quality inspection or a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
•    Expertise in working with SAP QM Module to see and update inspection details.
•    Proficiency in using measuring equipment such as IMM, CMM, and Profile Projectors. 
•    Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
•    Basic Knowledge of GDNT, Handle Inspection Tools & Gauges.
•    Glimpse & Overview of standards like ISO and other relevant quality standards. 
•    To Understand How the Components are Produced And assembled in the industry.
•    Strong observational and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
