Danfoss Drives is one of the leading suppliers of VFDs across applications – ranging from Food, HVAC, Water & Waste Water, Sugar, Textile, Cranes, Hoists, etc. We are looking for passionate Business Leader with experience in managing channel business Person with flair for product/technical knowledge and willing to learn.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Leading Danfoss Drives South Regional business (OEMs, System Integrators, Partners) with a People reporting of 6+ sales champions
- Grow & streamline the business and processes to achieve high profitability & sales revenue growth
- Work with External as well as Internal Stakeholders to improve business processes and increase productivity
- Lead and also guide the team to achieve high Sales growth across segments – F & B, HVAC, Pulp & Paper, Crane ,Lifts, etc.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Engineering Graduate with 8-10 plus years of experience in engineering sales
- Knowledge in HVAC Market & Products preferred – Fans, Pumps, Drives, Switch gears, BMS, etc.
- Prior experience with Channel management & People management are highly preferred
- Self-motivated to drive growth through initiatives, communication skills & teamwork spirit
- Good communication skills in English (verbal & written) and other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Ability and inclination to work under pressure and frequent business travel
- Follow ethical procedures in all business interactions
- Most important is your business approach and interpersonal skills with customers at all levels. We expect you are strong at building and keeping good relations with new and existing clients
