As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling global supply chain excellence by supporting critical operations across procurement, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and technology functions. Your work will help teams make faster, data-driven decisions while ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.

You will collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and partners across Europe and the United States, helping maintain high-quality operational data and supporting the flow of products and information that keep our business moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage supply chain and operational activities across procurement, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and technology functions to support business performance and continuity.
• Maintain accurate data and workflows in systems such as SAP and PLM to enable reliable operations and informed decision-making.
• Coordinate purchase orders, delivery schedules, pricing, and product master data to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain execution.
• Partner with global stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers to resolve issues, improve data quality, and drive timely outcomes.
• Analyze operational data and identify process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, standardization, and business value

What We're Looking For

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, engineering, quality, or a related operational environment, with the ability to manage transactional and analytical activities.
• Hands-on experience using SAP, with a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes such as procure-to-pay, planning, or production operations.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and operational insights.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and external partners.
• Flexibility to support stakeholders across different time zones, including occasional alignment with Europe and U.S. business hours
