Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Senior Consultant, IAM Solutions to deliver world class Identity and Access Management (IAM) services by operating and developing specific IAM solutions that enable Danfoss to achieve its strategic goals, ensuring governance, compliance and security around identities and access.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Manage, support and provide consultancy on multiple IAM solutions                                                        
• Design IAM Solutions functionality based on requirements                                                                
• Maintain IAM Solutions operating optimally                                                                            
• Drive the implementation and delivery of project targets on time with quality                                                
• Drive the implementation of enhancements in IAM Solutions for continuous improvement                                                                                        
• Create and update relevant solution documentation for end-users, IT staff or to fulfill processes and audit requirements                                                                      
• Train and guide other IT staff on the usage, operation or support of IAM Solutions to ensure usability, productivity and continuity                                               
• Ensure Changes and Problems are documented accordingly, on time, keeping relevant stakeholders informed                                                                                     
• Coordinate and work with vendors on the support or development of IAM Solutions                                                        
• Ensure compliance with Danfoss Corporate standards and policies and follow IT processes and procedures, utilizing our architectural principles

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

• 3 -5 years experience with Bachelor's degree
• Considerable relevant knowledge in Microsoft Technologies (on premise and cloud) like Windows Servers, Domain and Active Directory Services, EntraID functionality
• Considerable relevant knowledge in a privileged Access Management Solution
• Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL and an ITSM system
• Technical experience supporting users globally and working on a matrix organization
• Flexibility on working hours on demand
• Technical proficiency in one or more IAM solutions
• In-depth understanding of the solution architecture and capabilities
• Ability to provide accurate consultancy and guidance on an IAM solution    
• Ability to align business and IT requirements to solutions capabilities
• Capable of designing IAM solutions functionality based on requirements    
• Capable of maintaining IAM solutions operating optimally
• Deep E2E IAM process knowledge with exceptional understanding of general IAM concepts and principles
• Ability to follow processes, standards and procedures
• Troubleshooting and analytic problem solving skills
• Capable of building and configuring IAM solutions
• General Scripting/Coding/Programing/PowerShell skills
• General Security skills and mindset
