As a Senior Data Engineer – Analytics, you will help transform complex data into trusted insights that enable teams across Danfoss to make informed decisions with confidence.
You will play a key role in bridging business needs with scalable data solutions, owning the journey from requirements gathering to delivering high-quality analytics. Through robust data pipelines and intuitive reporting, you will help stakeholders unlock the full value of their data.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and optimize scalable data pipelines and transformation processes to deliver reliable, high-quality data for analytics and decision-making.
- Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that turn data into actionable business insights.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define requirements, and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
- Develop scalable data models that enable consistent reporting and trusted business intelligence across functions.
- Own end-to-end analytics delivery, ensuring solutions align with business priorities and create measurable value.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics, with the ability to deliver end-to-end data solutions independently.
- Advanced expertise in SQL, including data transformation, ETL development, performance optimization, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX, Power Query, and visualization best practices.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts and build effective partnerships.
- A continuous learning mindset and interest in modern cloud-based analytics technologies such as Azure Databricks and related platforms.
