Job Description

 

We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Engineer in SIOP where the candidate is expected to establish and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

  • Conduct Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) analysis and schedule production in SAP.
  • Maintain production master data accurately in SAP.
  • Maintain production orders and related inventory movement corrections.
  • Control and monitor stocks of Raw materials and ensure product availability.
  • Confirm and deliver sales orders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement & Production Execution & Warehouse teams to meet customer demands.
  • Manage data quality in SAP and ensure accurate order management and delivery processes.
  • Provide high-level service to both internal and external customers to achieve maximum satisfaction.
  • Create purchase orders in SAP and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
  • Communicate regularly with CSC and fulfillment teams to enhance delivery and stock performance.
  • Ensure timely responses and quality resolutions to customer/CSC/Internal stakeholders inquiries.
  • Maintain a proactive dialogue with customers to understand and anticipate their needs.
  • Hands on experience in Forecasting & Demand planning and Inventory control concepts.

  • Strong Experience with SAP PP, SD & MM is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to write basic formulas.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of situations with limited supervision.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are essential
