Job Description

Do you have experience in SAP ME? Are you good in Manufacturing Execution System (Tools and Processes)? Then you might be the one we are looking for! 

Job Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for

  1. Configuration of SAP ME Routing, Bom Maintenance, Item Maintenance and User Account creation
  2. Understand process flow and configure the application components for new products
  3. Create and Configure the Process Routing for NPI and ECN changes
  4. Expertise in MES Applications like SAP ME
  5. Expertise in Component Traceability Process
  6. Wide Experience in IT Hardware equipments like Scanners, Barcode printers, fixed readers, Network adopters, Wi-Fi devices and computer peripherals
  7. Spare parts management for MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
  8. Knowledge on Network setup in factory, Data center and support for network issues related troubleshooting
  9. Maintains the various components like Router, Resource maintenance, Printer maintenance, Operation maintenance and BOM maintenance for running production
  10. Product Label designing for New products and validate the Printing process (1 D and 2D Label)
  11. Root cause analysis and resolve the assembly line issues related to Traceability (using Log file and Data base reports)
  12. Machines (testers and Assembly line machines) configuration for new Line setup.
  13. Knowledge on oracle and SQL query language is an added advantage.
  14. Creating Ticket and following for the T1 Support in SAP ME

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  1. BE (EEE/ECE/ Electrical / Electronics) with 8-10 years of experience
  2. Demonstrated ability to meet goals and objectives
  3. Effective technical documentation skills
  4. Ability to work effectively in a high quality, deadline driven environment
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a team
  6. Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
