A Warehouse Executive plays a critical role in the management and operations of a warehouse. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day activities within the warehouse to ensure that products are stored, handled, and distributed efficiently.
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring that goods are stored properly, inventory is managed effectively, and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. The role includes coordinating with various departments, supervising warehouse staff, and implementing best practices to optimize warehouse performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage inbound warehouse operations, including goods receipt, put-away activities, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Support production requirements through timely raw material issuance and efficient movement of semi-finished and finished goods.
- Coordinate outbound logistics and collaborate with freight forwarders to ensure seamless and on-time customer deliveries.
- Work closely with packing material vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted material availability and operational efficiency.
- Lead warehouse operations by driving inventory accuracy through cycle counts, maintaining safety standards, and supervising blue-collar workforce activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or Engineering qualification with 3-4 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SAP, WMS, and SD modules, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication tools.
- Proven ability to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control processes, and logistics coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across production, procurement, logistics partners, and warehouse teams.
- A proactive mindset focused on safety, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and delivering high levels of service and accuracy.
