Order Fulfillment Representative main response customer order on time delivery as customer requirement through working with CSR team, Internal planning team, Purchasing team, Warehouse team, Transportation team, Production team, also manage the lead time, Stock.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor weekly on time delivery performance.
• Conduct Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) analysis and schedule production in SAP.
• Review Master Production Schedule (MPS) and monitor execution.
• Confirm and deliver sales orders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with fulfillment and outbound logistics teams to meet customer demands.
• Manage data quality in SAP and ensure accurate order management and delivery processes.
• Provide high-level service to both internal and external customers to achieve maximum satisfaction.
• Handle customer requests through SAP system and emails.
• Communicate regularly with the sales and fulfillment teams to enhance delivery and stock performance.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve logistic issues and customer delivery complaints.
• Ensure timely responses and quality resolutions to customer inquiries.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain & Operations Management or related field is required.
• 1 - 2 Years of experience in supply chain and customer service
• Experience in SAP or Familiarity with SAP is beneficial, but if you're experienced with other ERP systems, we can provide training to help you get up to speed.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Have strong numerical skills and a high level of proficiency in Excel (e.g., extracting data, creating spreadsheets for better overview, etc.).
• Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of situations with limited standardization.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple departments and maintain contact with key stakeholders.
